The Prince George's County Emergency Radio Association, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit incorporated in the State of Maryland for the sole purpose of supporting the Amateur Radio Emergency Service in Prince George's County and Maryland.

PGCERA maintains the K3ERA repeater in District Heights, MD on 145.230 - pl 110.9, that covers Prince George's County, MD and the District of Columbia. The repeater is open to all users. PGCERA has a formal Training Net every Tuesday Evening at 1930 local time and all are welcome to join. Please comply with the Net Control Station directions.

PGCERA also maintains two HF Winmor stations (callsign K3ERA) on 80m & 40M. PGCERA also supports a VHF Winlink Packet Digipeat station K3ERA-10 on 145.750 for the purpose of handling emergency message traffic and training for PGARES.
